Obituary
John G. Posthumus, age 93, passed away in Bellingham, WA on Nov. 9, 2017. He was born May 9, 1924 in Lynden, WA to James and Maggie Posthumus. He had 5 sisters & 3 brothers. John married June Hissong in 1946. They shared 67 years of marriage and raised 2 daughters, Cheryl Reitz & Karrie Yeoman. John leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Mon. Nov. 27 at 11am at Moles Farewell Tributes – 2465 Lakeway Dr. Bellingham. The graveside service will be held at 12pm at Bayview Cemetery in Bellingham, followed by a celebration and sharing of John’s life at 1pm at Moles Farewell Tributes.
