Obituary

Jeffrey Curtis George, age 57, of Everson, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. Jeff was born on April 3, 1963 in Morton, Washington to Roy and Leota (Barker) George. He graduated from Mount Baker High School. He was in the Local 26 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union where he served his apprenticeship. He especially had a heart for kids whom he always welcomed into his home. Jeff loved the outdoors, fishing, crabbing, coaching all his kids sports and spending time with family, especially his grandkids. He loved Facebook and had a saying “I say what I want when I want and if you don’t like it delete me.” He is survived by his wife Debra; children Jennifer (Jeremiah) Johnny (Benjamin, Chance, Elias), J.C. (Rachel) George (Marcques, Trenton, Jaxon, Jayden), Jessica (Cyrus) Atkinson, Jerrid (Jessica) George (Gabby, Nona) and Jerremy (Teanna) George (Sophia, Bodie); brothers Art (Becky) George and Jim (Cindy) George; sister Pattie George and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Jeff’s family will miss him greatly and cherish all the wonderful memories they have of their life with him. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 19, at 5:00pm at the family home on the George Road.
