Obituary

Jacqueline “Jacci” DuBois, born in Waupaca, WI in 1930, came to Bellingham in the early 1950’s, where she married Charley D. DuBois and became a wonderful mother to 3 sons.
She was a career R.N. working at St. Joseph Hospital and Whatcom Medical Bureau. She enjoyed growing roses, raising Siamese cats, vacationing, picnics & camping with family, photography, sewing, singing in choirs & quartets, collecting elephants, playing bridge, and water-skiing. She was a devoted member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Her boundless energy and good nature were well known to her many friends.
She was able to continue living at home throughout most of her final years despite increasingly difficult health challenges but, at age 85, quietly passed away after a short stay at a local nursing home.
She is survived by 1 son, 3 grandsons, & many great-grandsons.
