Obituary

Ina C. Danielson, age 79, passed away in Bellingham on March 30, 2015. Ina was born on Sep. 7, 1935 in Duluth MN to Gustave and Mildred Truman. She grew up in Burlington, WA where she attended high school. Ina also attended Bellingham Technical College.
In 1952 she married Harlen Danielson. Together they had two children to whom Ina was unconditionally devoted. They were her pride and joy. Ina diligently watched over her children all of her days.
Ina enjoyed an 18 year career as a medical assistant for Dr. Eugene Fairbanks in Bellingham. Ina moved to Poulsbo, WA where she worked as the Executive Director at The ARC of Kitsap & Jefferson Counties until retirement.
Ina is preceded in death by siblings; Chuck Truman, Cheri Truman, and Jeanette Andrews. She is survived by son Bob (Patty) Danielson, daughter Lori Danielson, sister Susan Stucks, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service and reception will be held on Friday April 17 at 1:00pm at Moles Farewell Tributes – Greenaces, 5700 Northwest Dr, Ferndale.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

  1. Ina was a second mom to me . I spent manys days and night at there house growing up. Ina you will be Missed!! She was always smiling and laughing. As I grew older I always enjoyed visiting with her . Bob and Lori , Know that she is in Heaven now building a house up there where she will wait for you. She will be with you always. Love you! Georgia.

    I have many fond memories of Ina, especially her contagious laugh!

    I always loved to make Ina laugh… which was contagious. I will always feel blessed to have had her in my life and hope Duke ran up to greet her on the other side.

  4. I have not seen her in quite a while she worked at my restaurant years ago and then she worked for my Dr,so we saw her a lot.she was a very good waitress and friend for yearsSorry we had not stayed in touch I just hoped she had a good life.
