  1. Herb & Evelyn Dick were always wonderful friends to my parents & entire family.- they were also named as my god-parents. Herb’s smile could light up a room! I miss seeing them at the casino with Cathy on “senior” Monday. My personal memories are of a kind, gentle & hard-working man who will be missed by many . . .My heartfelt & sincere condolences go out to Evelyn, Ralph & Cathy.
    Love, Lea

  2. Herb or Merv (which confused us for years,) until we finally learned that this was what his daughter wanted to call him? Still don’t get it!! But we got Herb/Merv he was always so friendly always stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk to us. We’ll always remember his gental ways and his lingering smile, and how much he loved his wife and his entire family! We will always miss Herb/Merv!!!

All our Love to you all….

  4. Evelyn, we are so sorry hearing of the passing of Herb. He was a great guy, as you I’m sure know. Dick and he worked for many years at Georgia Pacific, and had some good times together. Dick said he was just a swell guy, always ready to help his fellow man. At this difficult time may you find peace and comfort in knowing we share your sorrow.
