Obituary

Herb E. Goodwin was born May 18, 1949 and died September 17, 2022.

He was born to Harlie E. Goodwin and Ethel Mann in Boston, MA. He grew up in Iberia, Missouri and in his early teens moved to Nooksak, WA. In his later years he was very involved in political and environmental activism. A friend referred to him as having a “warrior spirit”. His other passion was chess.

Herb was proceeded in death by his beloved mother and brother Gordy.

He is survived by his soulmate, Kathy, and many activist friends, including his high school best friend Denny.
