Obituary

Gloria Ann Wilcox, age 85, of Bellingham, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Gloria was born on September 6, 1931 in Snoqualmie, Washington to Glenn C. and Blanche (Horn) Postlewait. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bellingham. Gloria had a larger than life personality and was always making friends and family laugh and smile with her stories and jokes. She enjoyed camping, golfing, playing cards and crocheting. She made many things for family and friends. She crocheted hundreds of blankets to donate for the homeless. Gloria leaves behind so many great memories and will be missed deeply. She is survived by her daughters Linda (Gary) Johnson of Mt. Vernon, WA and Cheryl Sharp of San Marcos, CA; 5 grandchildren Tyler Johnson, Susan Jackson, Rose, Heather and Berry Sharp; 9 great-grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews and all their children. Gloria has gone to Heaven to join her husband Bernie; her brothers and sisters and many, many friends. To honor her wishes there will be no services.
