Obituary

Fred Paul Holton, age 76, passed away on July 28, 2021, in Blaine, Washington. Fred was born in 1945 on Bastille Day, as he always told anyone who asked his birth date, to Preston and Grace Holton and grew up in Anacortes, Washington. At age 19, he joined the U.S. Army and became an expert rifleman and earned a Bronze Star.

Fred is survived by his wife of 31 years, Eleanor Holton, his daughter Rhiannon Witt, and his grandchildren Cory Witt, Caden Williams, and Carina Williams. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Frank Holton. Fred will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

At his request there will be no service. His ashes will be scattered beside those of his parents and brother at a private gathering.
