  1. Dear Hazel…We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Evan. Both of you have always been an inspiration to us and always enjoyed visiting with you when we attended Sunrise Baptist Church. You both are such beautiful people inside & out. Hugs to you as you mourn the loss of your sweet hubby. Rejoicing with you as you celebrate Evan sitting with Jesus and singing in his choir. God Bless You.

  2. Dear Hazel and family, I am so saddened to hear of Evan’s passing but I have wonderful visions of him now being involved in Jim’s choir along with all of the others who have gone before him.
I cannot tell you how much we love you both. You were always there for us, you mentored us, you loved us and guided us with solid, wonderful advice. We had such a good time with you in Boston, memories I will never forget. You both have blessed our lives in ways you will never know and that I don’t have words to express. We are so blessed by your caring and your love. Thank our dear Lord that we will all be together once again, probably sooner than we think. God bless you and keep you in this time. I love you. Madeleine

  3. Hazel and family: Words cannot express our love for you and Evan, who we have always thought of as our mentors, examples and friends. We grieve with you, but rejoice knowing Evan was so ready to meet his Lord. Wayne was given “no fly” orders because of his leg, otherwise we would be with you….but, know we are thinking of you and praying for your entire family..
