Obituary
Edward Leo Nicholson, age 54 of Lynden, WA passed away peacefully Sunday morning, October 25, 2015 in Deming, WA. He was born in Seward, Alaska on February 17, 1961 to Floyd L. Nicholson and Mary Rickteroff.
Ed enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, hunting, and hiking. Ed was a very giving person, he would drop whatever he was doing to help anyone. He loved spending time with his family and friends and he enjoyed telling stories. He loved to cook and thought his cooking was the best!
Ed was a jack-of-all trades, but spent most of his life as a carpenter and mechanic.
He was a happy go lucky person and loved to tease people. He was loved by all and we will miss him terribly.
Edward is survived by his long time partner Mary Warren; ex-wife Leah Zapata; sons Jedadiah and Eric; grandchildren Sincere, Alicia and Ava; brothers Richard, Dave, Ernie and Floyd; sisters Wanda, Mary, Ruth, Karen, Doris and Shirley; and many other loving family and friends.
A viewing service will be held on Monday, Nov. 2nd at Moles Farewell Tributes, Bellingham, from 11:00am-3:00pm followed by a dinner at 4:00pm at Rutsatz Community Building in Deming. All are welcome.
