Obituary

Donna, age 85, was born on May 24, 1932, in Bellingham, and passed away on May 24, 2017, to be with her love of 50 years, Leo Larson who preceded her in death. She attended school in the Meridian district, graduating in 1950. After which she went to work for The Phone Company. On December 29, 1953 Donna married the love of her life and together they started their family. Raising three kids kept her busy. Donna loved her flowers, and in summer and fall she canned and froze food for the family. The fruit room was always full by winter. Donna loved camping, even if it was only behind the garage. For her last 46 years she lived with MS, yet we never heard her complain. Donna just kept going. Even at the last, when she couldn’t even get up, she was always “fine, fine, fine.”

The family would like to thank Judi, Theresa, Shannon, and Pat for the care they gave Donna for the last years of her life, and all her friends who would come by for visits.

A Memorial Celebration of Donna’s life will take place later this summer.
