He lived out his dreams, and encouraged his children to follow their hearts. We miss you Dad, and we will always love you.

  1. I have nothing but loving memories of Uncle Don! He clearly was a responsible, gentle & kind man who loved his wife & children deeply. Easter and barbeques at Uncle Don & Aunt Ruth’s were always so fun with just a gentle easiness of joy and security of family about them!! Of course, the performances Janet, Julia, Annelise & sometime I performed were no doubt the highlights for everyone!! ;-) I smile thinking of Uncle Don quietly and contently joining Uncle Ed, Aunt Nancy & my Dad at that big poker game in the sky AFTER a long overdue reunion with his beloved Ruth! Oh how he loved (& I’m sure missed) her!! Sending lots of love to you Cathy, Jim, Janet & Julia & your families. You all were deeply loved children by those great parents of yours for sure!! I feel blessed to of had them as an Aunt & Uncle growing up!!! Love, Mary, Paul & the boys

A little piece of my heart ws taken away last week, but you’re the reason I have so much love to give. You always taught us to live and love life to the fullest and you were a great example for all of us. A wonderful father, affectionate husband and all around “good guy”. I love you.
