  2. I just discovered this obituary and wanted to offer my sincere condolences. Dave and I went to high school together and lost touch afterwards. He was one of the kindest people I have known and I am so very sorry for your loss.
    Sincerely,

    Helen Bayardi

  3. Henrik Kibak says:

I knew Dave from college days and just after when I worked closely with him for a year in the LA area. What a great human being! It was long before marriage and fatherhood but it was clear already then that he would be a great father. Hearing of his passing from one of our old colleagues has touched me. His family has my sympathy.

  4. Carol Kurtz says:

Condolences to David’s family. Just learned today of his passing and wanted you to know that those of us who worked with David years ago valued his friendship and his good nature. His smile was the best! He will be missed.
