Obituary

“Baby Daniel”

Daniel Santiago Guerrero, AKA Baby Daniel, was born February 12, 1997 and passed away on May 6, 2013 in a tragic accident at Whatcom Falls Park at the young age of 16.

Daniel was the oldest of six siblings and 21 grandchildren when he was summoned to Heaven. He was extremely dedicated to his family, and worked very hard to help support them. Being the oldest, he became a role model to all of his cousins and siblings, and always enjoyed taking the time to babysit or play basketball at the park. Daniel attended Squalicum High School, and had many hobbies including low-rider bikes, working out, listening to and making music, rapping, drawing, spending time with friends and family and watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.

Daniel leaves behind his mother, Monique Villarreal, father Daniel Guerrero Sr., two younger sisters; Angelina Guerrero(12), and Erica Longoria (7), three younger brothers; J.P. (9) Longoria, Dallas Longoria (6) and Maximus Lau (1), two step-brothers; Billy Longoria (15) and Gilbert Longoria (14), as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Jesus Villarreal.

Daniel, you were such a strong, sharp and handsome young man. You had so many gifts and so much potential that you were just starting to realize. Your family will miss you more than words can ever express. We all love you so much, may you find comfort and shelter under Gods wings.

To the loving Parents,Sisters,Brothers,Family & Friends ,may I offer my sympathy in the very painful loss of your dearly loved Daniel. He sounds like a wonderfull boy and your grief must be unbearable to lose him so young. The Bible Verses that follow will hopefully give you comfort at this difficult time and know that he will be long-remembered for his goodness. Psalms36:7 “HOW PRECIOUS YOUR LOVING-KINDNESS IS O GOD! AND IN THE SHADOW OF YOUR WINGS THE SONS OF MEN THEMSELVES TAKE REFUGE,FOR WITH YOU IS THE SOURCE OF LIFE”

  2. My heart breaks for you and the pain of your loss. I too lost a son back in January. I know the horrible nightmare of laying your child to rest. I checked into support groups here in town and found nothing for parents losing a child. If you would like to call me maybe I can be a little support for you parent to parent. 671*8354 God bless you all.
