Obituary

Clemens John Brown, of Everson, Washington, passed away April 12, 2013, at a Lynden Care Center. He was 87.

Clem served in the US Marines during World War II. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic in the logging industry, and was an active member of the Deming Log Show.

He married Marilyn Smith 64 years ago, and is survived by her; his daughter Sandy (Bill) Petersen, Stevenson, WA; son, Doug (Debbie) Brown, Everson, WA; grandsons, Tom (Danyel) Veenstra, Chad (Corrine) Veenstra, Jason Brown, and Marty (Christie) Brown; and great grandchildren, Jatender Veenstra, Erica Veenstra, Coby Veenstra, Tyson Veenstra, Gavin Veenstra, Maxim Veenstra, Bowen Veenstra, Ella Brown, and Brady Brown.
