Obituary
It is with great sadness that we are announcing the unexpected passing of our sister Cindy, the morning of January 30, 2022. Cindy was born in Bellingham, Washington on July 10th, 1962.
She loved being out and about. She would ride the WTA to and from work and other favorite places around town. Nearly every year, she would fly down to Los Angeles to visit her older sister Pat and her family and enjoy the warmer weather there. Cindy also enjoyed her visits to the casinos, which she visited weekly with her sister Sandy. Around the Lummi community, everyone knew her as a kind person that loved to laugh. Cindy loved her Seahawks, Mariners, UW Huskies, and loved her independence.
She proudly worked for; the Bellingham Bells Organization, Concerts in the Park, Walmart for 10 years, and for the Lummi Nation School in the Library and Maintenance Department for the past 10 years. Cindy has been a loved member of the Country Squire Apartment Community for 20 years and will be missed by all those that knew her there as well.

Cindy leaves behind siblings Patricia Alvarez, Jean Cultee, Sandra Finkbonner, Connie Martin, Steve Kinley (Maureen), Cheryl Sanders (Karl), Richard Kinley Sr. (Kim). Rest In Peace sweet Cindy, I still think of you as a young girl, with your perfect Dutch boy hair style that your mother made sure a professional stylist did for you. You always had a big hug for me and wanted to be my protector, so sweet. I will miss your greetings of big hugs hello sister, updating me on your life
RIP sending love, hugs and prayers
