So sorry to hear about Char, Wally. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Loved thru the years since your retirement seeing you both driving thru the jobsites.

  2. I’m so sorry to hear about Charlene, she was so good to my son Luke. He was always with Darin and she accepted Luke like he was part of the family.I’m so glad I stop and seen her and Wally not to long ago. We use to go to Leavenworth together every Tuesday when our husbands worked over there and always had a fun ride. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. Susan, Brent, Wally and Family:My heart is very heavy right now and memories are flooding my mind and my soul. Charlene and I and Norma Jean (my sister) grew up at the same time. We shared many happy times with Charlene at Little Grandma’s house on Lopez Island. My mom and Charlene’s Dad were brother and sister and when the whole family gathered at Grandma’s house is was hilarious and so much fun. I will remember those times for ever. God Bless the Wilson, Weidemann and Eason families during this time of great loss. Charlene was loved.

  4. We only today learned of Charlene’s passing, and are shocked and saddened beyond words. Next-door neighbors for the past 10+ years, we knew Charlene to be a ray of sunshine, sweet and smiling, an excellent homemaker, always bursting with energy, as she bustled about washing cars and meticulously caring for each flower and plant in her gardens. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to Wally and all her family and loved ones. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May the good Lord bless you and give you comfort.

  5. Wally, Rosalie and Darin,I am so very sorry for your loss. Charlene was a wonderful woman and mom, she treated me like her own. I remember she always had chocolate chip cookie dough in the freezer and would make them every time I came over after school, my home away from home for a number of years. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
