Obituary

Candice Joyce Tait was born July 26th 1980 in Vancouver, B.C. Candice was the beloved daughter to Ken and Karen Tait. She passed away in Bellingham, Washington on March 22,2020 at the age of 39.

Candice spend her early years with her Tait family in Prince Rupert. They moved to Burlington then moved to Lummi. She worked as a flagger and many other trades. One of her greatest loves was playing Sla-Hal with family and friends. Candice is preceded in death by her parents Ken and Karen Tait; grandparents, Stella Edwards-Long and Tony Long; great grandparents, Emma Tom-Smith and Leo Edwards.

She is survived by her loving children Karen Sadie Tait (Willam Hunter), Henry Lee Jackson V, & Emily Josephina Herrera; loving mate Ruben Ibarra; brothers, Ralph Alexander Long (Kelly Long)  Ken Tait , Phillip Tait, Moe Tait, Norman Tait, and Medrick Tait; sisters, Christine Emma Edwards and Sadie Tait; auntie/Godmother Verna Long Morris Smith (Leo Morris); uncle Kenneth Long (Jennifer Long); step-father Richard Solomon as well numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
