Camille “Poppy” Alaniz, age 60, of Bellingham, WA and the Lummi Nation, passed away on Tuesday February 17, 2015. There will be a funeral service at the Wexliem Community Building on Friday February 20, 2015, beginning at 11:00am.

I wish I could have thanked you Poppy for being a loving accepting sister-in-law. You always welcomed me with open arms. You would say “Oh you, come here?” AND give me a big hug unconditionally. Thank you.
