Beverly Bayne Trecker, of Bellingham, WA, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 7, 2014. She was 82, born in Bellingham on October 25, 1931 to Edvin and Elfie (Lofdahl) Pederson.
Beverly was a long-time resident of Whatcom County and graduated from Lynden High School in 1950 and was heavily involved in reunion planning years later. In the late 1960s, she was the first woman elected to the Bellingham Planning Commission. She retired from St. Joseph Hospital where she had been employed for 20 years.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Ed, Lloyd, and Buster Pederson; and sister, Joy Jansen.
She is survived by her three children, Patricia (Mark) Borghorst, Joe (Lori) Trecker, and Susie (A.J.) Bouteiller; two granddaughters, Nicole (Steve) Skone and Brittany (Kevin) Norris; Sisters-in-law, Terri (Steve) Inge and Marie Pederson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the staff of Shuksan Health Care Center for their outstanding care and friendship to our mother.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 13, 2014 at Moles Farewell Tributes in Bellingham. Donations Information

I hope you can find comfort in the promise at Revelation 21:4 where it says ” He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” I am truly sorry for your loss.
