Obituary

Barry Richard Haddock, age 82, of Ferndale WA passed away peacefully on June 6, 2018. He was born on May 28, 1936 in Seattle, and attended Cashmere High School. Barry proudly served in the US Air Force in numerous locations around the world and retired after 20 years of duty. After retiring from the Air Force he worked at the Bremerton Shipyards, and for NOAA at the proving grounds in Nevada.

Barry is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Lois (Wilkinson) Haddock, his children Mike Haddock and Richard Haddock, and step-children Wes and Vivian Wilkinson, Patti & Brian Erickson, Roger and Lynn Wilkinson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Haddock, his daughter, Lisa Haddock and his granddaughter, Lindsey Haddock.

In his younger days he enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles. Until recently, he was a prominent figure on the golf course. He was a skilled handyman who could fix anything. Barry never knew a stranger. He always had a joke to share and loved to make people smile and laugh. Barry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all and will forever be in our hearts. Until we meet again…

Services for Barry will be held on Wednesday, June 13, at Greenacres Memorial Park: Visitation at 1:00pm, Graveside Service at 2:00pm, with Memorial Service to follow.
