Obituary
Arlan LeeRoy Tobey, age 29, of Bellingham, WA and the Lummi Nation, passed away on Thursday February 18, 2016. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday Feb. 24, at 6pm, and a funeral service on Feb. 25, at 10am. Both services at Wexliem Community Building.

I’m so sorry cousin for your loss..I seen a flock of pretty green birds..thought of baby cousin. Love you lots and wish I could be there but will be sending prayers from my location. He was beautiful and such a positive force in people’s lives..loving and strong..

I remember meeting Arlan for the first time. And thinking yeah we’re gonna be great friends! Time passed i left lummie and came home. We had stayed in contact in all ways. Whenever he got a new cell “oly txt me heres my new #” i would call n we would catch up n laugh it up. Many great times with him. I’m going to miss him so much. I love all of you guys…my condolences n prayers are for each n every one of you!! Thank you…your friend Olivia Kanosh
