Obituary

Ardith Marie Phair, age 60, of Bellingham, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. Ardith was born in Bellingham, WA to Eugene and Carol Phair on August 15, 1957. Ardith worked at the Lummi Clinic assisting low income families with health care. She was a graduate of Ferndale High School and Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was a Firefighter in New Mexico where she saved a family of ten. She also attended Northwest Indian College. She loved spending time on the beach and in the water, clam digging and wading for crabs. Ardith was a very loving and caring member of her family often calling to check to see how they were doing. She loved hanging out with her brothers. She called her mother every 2 hours to check on her. Ardith was a wonderful grandmother. It was all about her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Finkbonner; father; Eugene Phair and stepfather Valentino Revey; sons Nick and Terrence Solomon; brothers Jay and Eugene Phair. She is survived by her mother Carol Revey; daughter Carol Tom; brothers Andre Revey, David, Joseph and Floyd Phair; sister Mary Phair; grandchildren Kelley and Nick Greene, Dominic Solomon, Qwinsee-Lah Paez, Daniel Jefferson Terrence Solomon II, Corrine and Cutrina and Terry Lyn Solomon, Gene Solomon and Eva Mae Solomon and Desiree Solomon; great grandchildren Eliza Antise, Terrence Solomon III, Terrence and Jordan Lawerance.

A prayer service will be held on Thursday, May 3, at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Friday, May 4, at 10:00am. Both services will be held at the Wexliem Community Building.
