Obituary
Almeta was born on September 8, 1925, in Tuttle, OK. She passed away November 24, 2013, in Bellingham, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents: Anna Rebecca Bales-Barton and Marion Joseph Barton of Bethany, OK; 17 siblings of Oklahoma, and her husband Jack E. Holtzheimer, of Custer, WA. She is survived by two children: Jackie Sue Holtzheimer-Buch, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and Paul E. Holtzheimer, Custer, WA. Almeta has five grandchildren: Noleen L. Buch Brown, Custer, WA; Minister Ronald W. Buch, Fort Worth, TX; Darryl R. Fraley, Rowlett, TX; Dr. Paul E. Holtzheimer, Hanover, NH; and Taylor E. Holtzheimer, Bellingham, WA. She has nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Almeta was a life-long, faithful member of the Church of Christ. Her love of cooking was well-known; and she had a rich love of music and poetry; and sang constantly. Her memorial is to be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, 6:30 P.M. at the Portal Way Church of Christ in Ferndale, WA, Her memorial will be officiated by her grandson, Minister Ronald W Buch.
