Obituary

Allen G. Jefferson, age 65, of Bellingham, passed away on June 15, 2019. He was born February 20, 1954 to Bert H. Jefferson Sr. and Violet Wilson. He was a commercial fisherman that was his lively hood. Allen loved hunting, dancing and being with his family. He was so very strong, brave, loving and caring. Everyone around him called him Uncle or Steven Segal. He is survived by his sisters Veda Jefferson, Vera Adams, Jessie (Leroy) Deardorff; brothers Boyd (Collette) Jefferson, Garnet (Diane) Adams, Gordon Adams, Joe Adams, Perry (Diana) Adams, George (Fran) Adams and Ron (Beverly) Adams; daughters Rose Jefferson and Ann Fisher; nine grandchildren 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Bert H. Jefferson Sr.; mother Violet R. Wilson Jefferson Adams; brother Bert H. Jefferson Jr.; sisters Valerie and Velda Jefferson, Charlotte Adams and Marylila Adams; nephews Marvin Mac Cooper and Mark S. Phair. A prayer service will be Friday, June 21, at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 22, at 10:00am. Both services will be at the Wexliem Community Building.
