Obituary

Agustin Jaime Gallardo Velasquez passed away in Bellingham WA, on March 31st 2023, he was 33 years old. Agustin was born in Whittier CA, to parents Simon Gallardo Ramirez and Maria M Velasquez De Gallardo on May 6, 1989.

Agustin went to school in Lynden WA, and then became a door manufacturer at Lynden Door. However, his true passion was Boxing, and he dreamed of becoming a professional boxer someday.

Agustin is remembered as a loving, caring, and respectful son, brother, uncle, and friend. He always had a smile on his face, and had a unique laugh that was infectious. He was a positive guy, never held any grudges.

Agustin is survived by his mother Maria, sisters Veronica, Maria, Mayra, Belinda, Reyna and his brothers Martin and Simon jr. He is pre-deceased by his father Simon, and grandparents Marcelino and Hijinia, and Carmen and Agustin.

Agustin will be dearly missed, and remembered for his smile, his adventurous nature, his friendship and warmth.

A visitation will be held at Moles Greenacres in Ferndale on Thursday April 13th, at 2pm. He will then have a service on Friday April 14th at St. Joseph’s church in Lynden, followed by a burial at Monumenta Cemetery at 12:30
